American Fork physical therapy is the most outstanding place for rehabilitation. The people are fantastic and want your recovery to be 100% successful. I have already started to recommend this place above all others. From the receptionists, to the techs to the physical therapists, this place is incredibly amazing. And I'm very thankful that I have gone there for my own personal recovery.

Jeremy, and every single person at AFPT has been absolutely fantastic! Jeremy wants to know me, what my goals are, to be able to push me adequately. I have felt taken care of and challenged to help myself heal safely and quickly !

Coulson Rich and the entire staff at American Fork Physical Therapy have been phenomenal to work. Coulson came to my home for the first 2 weeks after Total Knee Replacement surgery. Once the Home Health service was complete, I decided to continue working with him during my recovery. He is truly committed to my needs and the entire staff is great to work with.

I really like American Fork Physical Therapy. Coulson and his staff are very personable and knowledgeable. I went in with tendonitis in my hip. They gave me some great exercises and treatments which got me back out hiking on mountain trails in no time.

I absolutely love American Fork Physical Therapy! This was my 22nd marathon and 4th World Major race, and once again they performed another true “marathon miracle” for me. After an unfortunate, debilitating fall injuring my hip, I could hardly walk, let alone go down the stairs. I was devastated. To make matters worse, I was registered for my dream marathon and first international race, the Berlin Marathon in Germany!! Thanks to just four weeks of focused physical therapy and additional dry needling, the pain was miraculously gone. I was able to resume training and, unbelievably, I crossed the finish line in Berlin last weekend pain-free! Seth Kelson and Cade Mortensen are absolute MIRACLE WORKERS. Whatever treatment, advice, and care they give you is an absolute GIFT. I’m beyond grateful for their expertise, support and encouragement. Thank you, Seth and Cade, for making my Berlin marathon dream come true and for giving me the chance to look forward to crossing many more future finish lines.

Best PT facility I have been to. Coulson is gentle but pushes you. My recovery from full knee replacement has been extraordinary. Staff is good to work with. Their gym next door allows you to work on getting your whole body back in shape. Would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone on staff, including the receptionist, remembered me and knew my story. And everyone did a wonderful job of talking to Jeremy. Not once did he come to me and I needed to rehearse some information. He already knew from his staff. It was more than a pleasure to have their office work with me on my shoulder!

I have been to several other PT clinics. This one was by far the best. Jeremy outlined a program to help me self-heal; whereas, others just made me go through the motions. The energy is high and the staff is great!

First, and most important, is that every person I have met and worked with knows what they are doing - very professional. Second, is they explain what they are doing, or want you to do, and why you are doing it. I am a "why" person and this really helps me through the process. And third, they are extremely personable and pleasant to work with. I am always greeted with a smile, a sincere desire to know how I am feeling, and a sense of being part of the team. I highly recommend American Fork Physical Therapy!
